GENERAL: SRF: Senior Trust Offer Of Units Under The Same Class
Senior Trust Management Limited gives notice under clause 20(1)(a) of
Schedule 8 of the Financial Markets Conduct Regulations 2014 that an offer of
Units in the Senior Trust Retirement Village Listed Fund (Fund) is being made
to investors in reliance upon the exclusion in clause 19 of Schedule 1 of the
Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013.
As at the date of this notice, Senior Trust Management Limit confirms that it
is in compliance with:
o the continuous disclosure obligations that apply to it in relation to
Units in the Fund; and
o its financial reporting obligations.
