NZX Regulation ("NZXR") advises that, further to the announcement released by
Vista Group International Limited ("VGL") earlier this morning, regarding an
underwritten book build of ordinary shares being sold by certain VGL
shareholders (the Sale). The ordinary shares of VGL will remain in halt
until the earlier of:
1. an announcement from VGL confirming the completion of the Sale to the
market; or
2. market open on Monday, 21 March 2016.
