S/HOLDER: GNE: GNE: Amendments to the Capital Bonds Trust Deed

Attached is a letter sent today to holders of capital bonds (ticker code
GPLFA) issued by Genesis Energy Limited. The letter informs bondholders that:

(a) Genesis Energy has elected for the requirements of the Financial Markets
Conduct Act 2013 ("Act") to apply to it in relation to the bonds with effect
from 29 January 2016 and so Genesis Energy has amended the capital bonds
trust deed to comply with and reflect the Act.

(b) the registrar for the capital bonds is now Computershare Investor
Services Limited.
