TAKEOVER: KRK: Target Company Statement
Kirkcaldie & Stains Limited (the 'Company') advises that the Target Company
Statement in relation to the full takeover offer by Mercantile NZ Limited
('Mercantile') prepared in accordance with rule 46 and schedule 2 of the
Takeovers Code will be sent today to the Company's shareholders and
Mercantile .
Also today the Company will send a copy of the attached Target Company
Statement to the Registrar of Companies and to the Takeovers Panel.
