If they were suggesting a straight $275 reduction, it wouldn't require the qualification.
Come 2025 (when you may actually have something to complain about), the savings due to the renewables investment, is likely to be greater than the $275 savings shown in the modelling.
Not sure why you rusted on righties thought that investing in renewables would stop inflation and war effects applying to the energy market. Basic economics not a strong point among your type. As @Glug says, just old grown men shouting at clouds - lol
