    My gut feeling has always been Mid Feb.

    Independent Scoping Study.
    Reply to tender.
    I have been expecting the share price to be just over the offer price.
    In looking at todays action on the market maybe another offer.

    Interesting to watch the announcement after the close or before Mondays open.

    Lets hope AHR is watching the fax Machine.
