So I guess there was an option and pretty much everyone in the company wants and is getting, shares in lieu of cash.
If that's not a vote of confidence from this team, I dont know what is.
Makes me think - They surely gotta be expecting something.
No cash and dash, no one abandoning ship, at this critical juncture. It just plain smells like confidence in the play. Are they are about to close a deal?? Who knows!?
Just some Wednesday morning speculation of course.
