Doesn't look good.

At last CCIOA price of .002 the sophisticated investors got in at an effective price of .0025c.

They can sell the heads down to .003 and still get out at a good profit.

The issue 278,000,000 shares isn't a small amount either. that's almost 20% more new (cheap) shares.

.0025c though - if I was the they offered it to I might actually consider it.
