I'm certain I've read that some are changing their view - the new nuclear power designs have much greater failsafe mechanisms, plus the mini nuclear plants don't have the same footprint = clean energy production, of course waste management concerns most people, perhaps it's the lesser of "ALL" evils!
Meanwhile, sell downs are a reward for others.
