when I was into NAV (which has a small rare earths deposit) I looked at the LYC and ARU websites for informaiton about rate reaths. What I found is that the market was relatively small (back then) and the Chinese monoplised the world market mainly because they had expanded their own production to the point that they drove down prices and forced a major US operator (Mesa Pas?)to close dowm. It has recently reopened, I believe.

Another issue with rare earths deposits was that they could have radio active contaminents, basically uranium i think. This then required fairly expensive processing plant.

Perhaps the market for rare earths will or has grown a lot, but I would be wary of relying on GGG's value as a rare eaths deposit. GGG may be of more value as a uranium mine alone, and perhaps that is all they should try for?
