Another thing...If i offer you $100,000 for your house, do you have to sell it to me? Of course not.
ZYL management won't be telling shareholders to accept such a low ball bid (if it were to eventuate), that's for sure.
How many times have we seen low ball bidders missing out on the prize because someone else saw plenty of headroom in which to lob in asuperior offer.
