Jaclyn..pls to suggest a speculative share would not attract an offer of 27 cents cf low point of 12 cents is just silly....you need to look at value of resource from valuation viewpoint cf to peers and comparable transactions....in takeover mode this is what is really relevant to prescribe fair value....
Current trading value in a down market versus value to a raider are two different things...if you look at the cold hard numbers on this you will get your reality and fairytale views based on recent lows sp traded at..
