28.8 billion dollar insitu vanadium resource

YRR is very much undervalued at present based on the Gabanintha vanadium resource.

Gabanintha currently has an in-situ resource of 92.5 m/t @ 0.81% vanadium which contains over 1.6 billion pounds at present.

People should be aware than vanadium has just touched US$17.50 per pound, which equates to a $28.8 billion in-situ vanadium resource. Further to this, the 92.5 m/t resource has iron ore credits at 51.2% and 9.81% titanium.

IMO, the price of vanadium will increase further along with the price of iron ore. You see to strengthen steel they must add vanadium for the use to make bridges, buildings, pipes, etc.

Gabanintha is due an updated mineral resource which will include the recent 57 RC holes drilled in March 2008 and the new ore zone mentioned in YRR report dated 19/05/2008. This drill program and new ore zone is also mentioned in the Resource Stocks magazine article and in the boardroom interview with the director of the company.

With the increased price of vanadium and the future increase tonnage in the mineral resource (due shortly) then the share price of YRR should move up. They have also hinted about an off-take agreement, they must of, at least started talks for them to have mention it.

Some large buyers are sitting on the buy side at present which is an increase in the past couple of weeks. I think people will start to wakeup and see the future value of this stock. It’s ready for the next move up, IMO 40-50 cents when they release the new mineral resource.
