'Upside in the many billions, downside it goes to zero' is exactly right. As soon as the majority thinks the scales start to tip the way of the former, lift-off. We are in before the masses have decided but I feel the weight SLOOWLY shifting towards the positive. Keep the good news and results coming and it will happen soon enough.
