We want these blokes to run this company on the smell of an oily rag and then wait with great excitement about a resource that has come by really as a sideline... management have got enough to do and more to worry about...and i dont want them taking their eye of the ball...if they did then the robbery in terms of Inventory stolen could have been worse than it was
