I have the same fear especially if they have board room influence and milk us dry before swooping. it wont come from Arena. they have appeared to have sold into the market and slso making it more difficult for consolidation.
A strong share price with a a good market cap is the only safeguard.
most vultures swoop either when the carcass is rotting or all the hard work has been done..i doubt that Parlinghurst would have done the dirty on GEM before it had a few sales under their belt, aquired other gem Assets and made a name for themselves. i think we wiĺl be OK in the short term.. but who knows in 24 months time..hopefully fosun comes up with a half billion US valuation and sends us all into retirement .....the convoluted lease structure is also a deterrent..
