Just longed a stack - gulp. I think it could have a good run now. I think the market will start to look through the current period. Fro aroudn $31 ATM, you get about $7 net cash, and earnings of $2.43. Net out the net cash and the PE* is 10x. Hilariously cheap !!!
And even better - 10% are short this stock, and the ROE only fell as low as 16% in the GFC, and is typically above 20%, even with all that cash. It is yet to be seen if the bricks and mortar begins to weigh on FLT, but the "travel expo" approach may work well too.
I suspect we will see the market take a more even approach to this stock now that there are signs of life - otherwise I will disappear in a puff of smoke. lol
