Pints..do you really have any info on the likely use of the heap leach plant other than speculation?? If it is likely to be in production then fine..we have an income producer...but exactly how likely is that?? Certainly more likely using ore from other producers rather than HCY..they have done nowhere near the homework on their measured resources to raise enough cash to start mining gold in their own right.
