From 15up - 100up

100up goes for around the 40$ mark wholesale
15up goes for 250$+ wholesale.

This relates to weight, density and moisture content of dried goods.

Grading
We grade our fish maw by weight of each fish maw piece.
In average, if a piece is heavier than other pieces, the size is also bigger.
(eg. 15Up means there are 15 pieces in 1 kilo = average 70g per piece,
20Ups means there are 20 pieces in 1 kilo = average 50g per piece)

Best example is to watch the Tuna TV shows - where they grade the Tuna and give a price depending on colour / fat content etc..
