I'll leave it up to others to guess who & motivation etc (I don't really know), but it looks to me like the autobot (if there is one) has acted to limit & stabilize the current sp (intentional or otherwise). The everhopeful 102000 @ 0.675 is still there - can't see it as a serious play given that during this mornings actions all it did was provide a ceiling & killed momentum - intentional or just plain silly?
