IMO, you are joining a conga line of posters/investors.
Surely educated people can make more real money elsewhere, than been a rentseeker?
IE= a margin loan for starters.
The difference of course , the margin loan does not affect those at the bottom of the pile, who need a roof over them for shelter.
Much needs to be done in this country, just cant seein it been done quite frankly.
