I was in the USA after the GFC. Visiting a mate in Idaho who was a property investor. Looking at the For Sale and you could take off a zero of the prices compared to Australia. Saw one picture (street view) that i thought was ok for the price. My mate said he had inspected it and it had been nicely renovated inside.
