Hmmm Steini, methinks that if you converted your oppies you wouldn't be selling the shares for anything less than you actually paid for them (option cost + conversion cost), otherwise, errrrr...wouldn't you just have let them lapse?? Or maybe you'd sell them so you claim an even bigger tax loss!!! Errrr, no that can't be right surely....
