With Dilution, its a personal call. Everyone's financial circumstances are different and so if you cant handle it don't invest in business's that are not self sustaining and need cash ( either don’t invest at all and or maybe wait until the business has commenced selling products and/or services)

Personally Im not fussed about dilution and just focused on the science. Im happy to have a smaller share in a larger company any day of the week. That's not to say I have no appreciation for the importance of cash injections into the company. But as seasoned capital raisers , MSB we do it again ( so that they can get to their end goal). Of course I would luv to see a partnership sooner rather later. ..

With MNK , the longer the period for no deal the less likely its going to be MNK.
Why ? The 60 patient “open label trial” is coming to a close and this substantially changes MSB’s position..particularly if the results follow the expanded access program results ...a good chance IMO ( remember the current trial is open label....almost a confirmatory trial).

Based on recent Chronic Back Pain article, it looks like MSB is going to present more data on the P3 trial in November. Cant exactly recollect the article, but 270 patients out of the 330 have been recruited.
Having a look at Clinical trials .com , 39 locations currently recruiting - up from 23 from early on in the year (In my opinion The DDD application did have the most impressive regenerative medicine results in pre-clinical trials).
