    I can believe the synergies numbers. All the back office stuff from Vodaphone would combine with TPM and you would get savings in HR, Accounting, reporting, middle management etc. Also, as TPM would own the new business, it could drive the efficiencies that it has developed in TPM through Vodaphone.
