US vix futures goes under 24.5 & it has a little run

But still needs to go under 20 down the track to go bullish

ASX could still do its own thing
Our vix (16) still holding as bears try manipulate the market to try cover their positions
But we also need to drop under 12 again

Bears can easily do this if no bulls are buying
They've controlled the markets quite well over the past few months
