Central mine is in the centre of town with portal headin directly under main street of town .the main decline would be flooded an need extensive rehab before they could send anyone dwn there to even set up pumps to pump water out of the workings then were are they goin to pump the water as it cannot leave the site unless pumped to a storage facility in a pipeline, would need big $$$ to get the project up and running . Well thats my opinion anyway
