Not sure how you can go out and ask for $100M without a plan of how it will be spent, and what the payback ROI will be.
If they cannot produce a BFS/DFS then who would in their right minds fund this based on their one statement.

"The Project comprises of the 14 million ounce gold deposit, with an Inferred Mineral Resource
of 32 million tonnes at 14 grams per tonne gold and 620,000 ounces of gold in the Probable
Ore Reserve (2.5 Mt @ 7.7 g/t Au at a 4 g/t cut-off)"

Big deal!
You could have 10 times that at better grades, but what does it cost to get it out of the ground?

How are they presenting this project to possible financiers?
Why is this information not disclosed to shareholders/public?
Can a BFS be created with the current drilling results or is more infill drilling required?
What are the costs of the new proposed ultra-modern plant and power systems?
What workover is required for the current mine to make it a safe environment?
