I would be getting extremely nervous if I were banking on a Capital Raising or debt restructuring now.

The Banking syndicate has had almost two months to delve into the financial position of SGH with no call for CR's or debt restructures. If you think it takes that long to stress test their investment your dreaming. If you think that they have had these discussions with the management, then by law, you should also be dreaming.

I now fully expect SGH to make a no-holes-barred attempt to revive themselves from within.
