That is correct, plus another $3m from the capital raise came in after Sep 30th. The banks also gave covenant waivers to 29M until 31st Dec'24 which the banks and the company believe gets them well past the recovery and reconstruction effort.
The trading in 29M shares does not seem to reflect the actual position the company is in. Looks like a good time to top up.
