People, sb2000 says absolutely nothing of any relevance in any post he makes on this forum. He simply continues to state the bloody obvious, rearrange the words of somebody else or a media article, or invents absolute nonsense 500 times a day. Perfect example of which is asking somebody else to explain a comment re HDR 29 metre of oil that he totally understood and agreed with, why not explain it yourself sb2000..........because you have not got a clue is why, you sad goose.
