I think you'll find you're over-reacting a little here. It is doubtful that the ASX or ASIC will do anything with your report considering the nature of this trade.
The case with SSC you are alluding to seems to have revolved around repeated and systemic manipulation by an algorithmic trader (bots) with the intent to artificially manipulate the share price.
This was a single trade of a size that is unlikely to have any impact whatsoever on the standing SP of this stock. 300k shares is a blip on the radar, and I doubt the 4000 shares sold would have been the triggering factor to make anyone sell.
