The sad thing is they are likely to win unless the federal government steps in & changes the native title act retrospective. But we all know they won't. Just wait & see what happens when the state government introduces taxation measures on the general public to pay for the compensation. I don't think may people are going to be very happy paying a tax to pay compensation.
