Wouldn't stress with IRN guys. Between Xstrata and the Phillipines Govt, thw prize is way too big to let local strife get in the way.
Xstrata nominated Tampakan as #1 priority for them, and will stump up the funds to secure the project. The Phillipine govt will provide full support, cant afford to let wealth generation like this slip.
Hope IRN gets sold further down, the cash is waiting!!!
