be very careful with mining projects in the philippines. great comp and resource but you have to contend with the npa,church,greenpeace and down where indophil are is ji territory. look what happened to laf after a minor spill that killed 5kg of fish. the church will turn locals against them if that is what they want. till now the church is anti-mining so get ready for dramas all along the way. irn and xstrata will eventually get there but it wont be easy.
