VOC stock is not looking good this month - people are worried a downgrade is incoming and the management team has a history of crushing investors dreams and that is playing the markets hive mind.
A lot like what A2M was going through in December with their SP... and within a week the management had released confirmation of performance.
VOC management need to reassure investors their forecasts will be met.
In the meantime the investors are thinking is "no news is bad news"
