u missed the point - plenty of forced sellers due to lvr change - zero notice of course....i "had" ample buffer and margin for me is mere tax enhancement tool, nothing else, was only 20% of my portfolio even prior to this purge (commsec 1 client - dont need ample leverage).

even nab still allows 40% for 29M, 65% for URW when good old commsec does 0% for both and many others I deem "quality"....hopeless....if thats the way they want to run things, im out as soon as practically posssible - so much for my level 4 options accounts....time to start again...i could effectively double my holdings here with any other provider.....!
