It was a pretty obvious buy in the 60 cents range. Its a critical metal after all.
But when things drop, momentum plays some pretty good tricks on investor psychology. People think things will drop forever. That gets compounded with forced sellers (Insto, managed funds etfs etc) and you get some once in a cycle opportunities.
