EMR are private equity.

To be blunt, when private equity offload a company, you need to do a lot of due diligence. Look at 29M since listing - has it really performed all that well (not just the share price, but the underlying business). High cost, highly leveraged, now with operational issues and even more debt. I personally would be very careful opening my wallet when PE are the sellers.

By the way, I have no position here (long or short), I’m just amazed at the paucity of ways to play the copper thematic in the ASX. None of the pure plays look very appealing, unfortunately.
