yes, technical analysis and fundamentals methodology are both important, at least, at the moment, the current share price reflects good value, however, if it reaches over $1, it would rely on restart phase and production along with interest cut, supply and demand principle , etc In the medium to long term, 29M is the candidate for OZL and worthwhile to buy and hold shares.
