have a look at the Adani mine IAS and see they are going for a 5000kcal coal with a higher yield(page 13 of 48) - very similar coals to EER's proposed 20mtpa.

and we know LNC sold the Carmichael project for 30c p/t in situ without the infrastructure - EER's project is only valued at 0.01c p/t in situ
