I guess accumulation is one way of looking at it. It could be the $1mil dollar fairly recent provider of funds to JAT at 5cents averaging down.
As for hype IMO Jatcorp would not reach a hype premium on their SP until they at least exceeded BUB Market Cap. That would be in excess of 32 cents not 3.2 cents.
IMO the SP is just moving slowly toward parity for what Jatcorp is worth. But that could be just me putting a spin on to pump.
