A bit pedantic but not quite right. Both BKR and MPH have a 50% stake in a subsiduary of Magna Pacific (Holdings) Limited called Magna Pacific Pty Ltd. So the 50% only relates to the subsiduary, and any other assets held by MPH are not 50% owned by BKR.
MPH, however, owns 20% of BKR, the company.
A minor but important distinction.
