IMO, the big boys use the traders up to shorten the price .
When they achieve this,they flatten the traders by allowing the sp to rise again.
They win when sp is falling and when it is rising.
The risk is reduced in the long term , if one can afford to hold without a short term return. That is assuming that LYNAS will be successful producer. At the end ,the long term holder will win when the b boys are fighting each other to buy.
