It will be fine, they've run the mine before, and don't forget our Director Mr Richard Beazely who is a mining engineer and will be able to share the workload with Sanjay.
They may not even mine it yet if they get the approval. Just to have the permits in place will be a major plus imo. Interesting week next week I feel ;-)
