    If the pending Ann is a loss of rights to a PL on Kolosori and/or D, if such is directed by SI MMB - hypothetical possibility only - would the S/P go to 4c or lower?  I would wager lower.... perhaps 2c. Anyone else like to guess?  

    Of course happy if that doesn't happen, hoping for the best, preparing for the worst.
