The big problem here "average joe" is the only "fact" you got correct in your original post is the number of shares on issue...and the reason for this was explained by DC at the recent GC presentation if you took the time to watch the video posted here.

Everything else stated by you is absolute BS...i.e no cash, market cap amount & no feasible resources etc etc.
