I understood there to have been crucial relative files strangely missing from several supposedly secure locations - also the Slater and Gordon premises issues - for Ms. Gillard, allegedly, now denies there was an official file opened for the Wilson issue by herself as his then lawyer, (surely standard procedure for any practising lawyer - they spend their lives drowning in required paperwork usullay ending up in a huge stack.

For one would ask, regarding matters so crucial, legal;, medical etc, how can anyone keep track of events for a client, moreso events involving hundred of thousands of dollars, allegedly, without opening a formal file which is surely a requirement under any legal firm's firm's rules and regulations as applied to their legal employees.

Would you, or I, or anyone, as an analogy, trade shares daily, and not keep any files or records - what, not file Chess Statements, keep records for Tax, our broking and relevant bank account/s, and keep tabs on whether we're ahead, or not?

Would we visit our GP over years - and have to go through our symptoms, detail by detail, each visit, because they didn't keep patient files? If this were so, a visit to the doc would take hours for each consult.

Seems the (alleged) 1600 strong Gillard media army is getting their cannons really revved up now. We're getting, not one, but multiple anti-Abbott, Smith, Pickering articles in some single posts now, some people (perhaps) who are, perhaps, posting with agendas.

Let's hope truth is the winner here, whatever the outcomes.
