WOW, and the sp hasen,t changed in 83 years?, just how OLD are these directors??, just some old obscure structure paying wages to even more obscure and probably disinterested directors, did I read it right, they claimed a whole $6000 in directors fees, and have $9000 in the bank?, devil is in the detail, consultants fees as usual, mask the true position, sorry, but this one is a sleeper, no, make that a snoozer!, wonder who got the 20 million shares today, how exciting, or is it exiting?.
