I actually liked the company due to their upcoming acquisition although at infancy stage as suggested by recent news
Co had around 2 million cash with nil debt trying to use funds for further growth
2017 guidance is NPAT is .1-.5 million and revenue is 10-11 million and 2016 figures actually not bad
No recent capital raisings I can see
Top 3 management holds more than 50% holding
Tight capital structure hopefully will move slowly and keep informed the market with regular news flow
Fundamentals will make the upward trend
